How is my order delivered?

Your order will be dispatched within 3 working days via Royal Mail first class post, unfortunately we do not have the facility for next day delivery.

What if my chosen name isn't recorded?

Don't worry as all our music is recorded and produced in our own in house professional recording studios we can record your name and it won't affect your delivery time.

I haven't received my order?

If for some reason you haven't received your order then please Contact Us

My CD is damaged / faulty – how do I return it?

We apologise if your item is damaged or faulty. The simplest thing to do is to Contact Us and we'll advise you on the best way to return your CD. Faulty or damaged products must be returned within 30 days. As soon as we receive it we will issue your refund or replace your item as requested by you.

I've received the wrong item?

If we have inadvertently sent you the wrong item please Contact Us we apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

I've forgotten my username / password?

When registering with us you will have been asked to choose a password. Don't worry if you've forgotten it as we can issue you with a new password at any time. For security reasons we do not store any passwords. Just click on Forgotten Password on the login page, you should then receive an email from us immediately to the email address you gave us on registration. We recommend that your username is your email address.

How can I pay?

We accept all major Credit and Debit cards: Master Card, Switch, Maestro, Solo, Visa, Visa Debit, Delta, Connect or Electron. You can also pay via PayPal.

Is entering my Credit Card details online safe?

All payments made for our product over the Internet are processed through a secure server which means that your credit card details are specially encrypted before they're sent to the payment provider. Please see our Privacy And Security Policy if you'd like to find out more.

Security is an important priority for us and we are committed to protecting your privacy. We are registered as required under the Data Protection Act 1998 (Reg.Z8098132) and we use the most up-to-date technology available to protect your personal details. I haven't received my order confirmation email?

If for some reason you haven't received your order confirmation email then please Contact Us

I've received my CD but the name is spelt incorrectly?

Please make sure that you thoroughly preview your order before confirmation and check you have the correct spelling of your name. Should we spell your name differently to your order then we will either issue a refund or replace your item as requested by you however, we cannot refund orders that have been spelt incorrectly when you placed your order.

Pronunciation is incorrect?

We ask that you thoroughly preview your order before confirmation and provide as much information to us as possible if your chosen name requires an unusual pronunciation. For example: Jaenique = Jay-neek Aaron - Air-On Aaron - Arr-On

Artwork is incorrect?

If you have received your CD but it isn't the CD cover you chose then please Contact Us
