We record all our music in our in-house recording studios so if we don’t have your name in our catalogue then we’ll record it for you.
For security reasons we do not store any passwords however, we can issue you with a temporary password at any time all you need to do is click the forgotten password link on the login page. We’ll ask you to enter the email address you used to register with us, then we’ll send you an email containing a temporary password. All of our UK orders are dispatched via first class post and our overseas orders via airmail. If we have your chosen name in our catalogue then your order will be dispatched on the same day (Mon-Fri) and if we need to record your name then we will dispatch your order within 48hrs. Please allow 1-3 working days for UK deliveries and please allow up to 7 working days for worldwide shipping.
We pride ourselves on the quality of our products however, in the event that your purchase is damaged or faulty please contact us and we will advise you of the best way to return your CD. You can then choose whether you would like a refund or a replacement.
